Kelley: I have received the petition of Susan Munford appealing the response of the Kingston Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Munford requested "copies of the daily court schedules from January through December of 2015." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the Department via email on December 5, 2018 and December 6, 2018. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Munford may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
