G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bender requested a copy of records relating to all adults who were booked into jail from November 30, 2018 to December 2, 2018. On December 3, 2018, the Department provided Mr. Bender with two of the Department's website links entitled, "news and alerts" and "daily logs." However, on December 41 Mr. Bender contacted the Department to inquire whether the Department has the information \ or records pertaining to all adults who were booked into jail from November 30th to December 211 d. As a result, Mr. Bender petitioned the Supervisor of Records for assistance, and this appeal was opened. In a December 7, 2018 email, Mr. Bender informed this office that after conferring on the telephone with you, the Department was able to provide the records responsive to Mr. Bender's request. As a result, Mr. Bender asked this office to withdraw his appeal, SPRl 8/1892. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
