G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan made a public records request November 5, 2018. The School provided a response to Mr. Sullivan on November 9, 2018. :tvlr. Sullivgm appealed the School's response to this office on December 8, 2018. '' Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided to Mr. Sullivan on December 21, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon an appeal of the School's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
