G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Greenwald requested court docket information against the City and legal settlement records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the City on December 12, 2018 which was provided to Mr. Greenwald. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Greenwald may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
