Specifically, on November 21, 2018, Attorney Viana requested various records concerning an investigation of a building permit denial. It should be noted that this request was the subject of a petition submitted by the City. See SPRl 8/2001 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (December 14, 2018) As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the City has not provided Attorney Viana a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the City is hereby ordered to provide Attorney Viana with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
