Roomey Records Access Officer City of Salem- Legal Department 93 Washington Street Salem, MA 01970 Dear Ms. Roomey: I have received the petition from John Femino appealing the response from the City of Salem's Law Department (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Femino requested building permits and documents. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the City on December 20, 2018 which was provided to Mr. Femino. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. John Femino may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
