The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 19, 2018 SPRlS/2024 Melinda Troy Office of State Treasurer & Receiver General One Ashburton Place, 12th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Troy: I have received the petition of Joseph Morgan appealing the nonresponse of the Office of State Treasurer & Receiver General (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32. 08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Morgan requested records relating to a specifically identified decision of the Office. Having received no response, Mr. Morgan petitioned this office. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Morgan may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
