The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records Sergeant Thomas Flint East Bridgewater Police Department 153 Central Street, P.O. Box 475 East Bridgewater, MA 02333 Dear Sergeant Flint: I have received the petition of Jesse House appealing the response of the East Bridgewater Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. House requested records related to an identified Call Log number. The Department initially responded on November 28, 2018 by denying access to the responsive records under G. L. c. 265, § 24C as it operates through Exemption (a) of the Public Records Law. G. L. c. 4, §.7(26)(a), G. L. c. 265, § 24C. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, you informed this office that the Department provided the requested record to Mr. House on December 13, 2018. Accordingly, I will consider this appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
