Records Access Officer Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3510 Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Harry Mattison appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department). G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mattison requested, "[a]ll emails and attached documents received by an [identified email]." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mattison records responsive to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mattison may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
