Nancy Piasecki

Public Records Access Officer Framingham Public Schools 73 Mt. Wayte Ave., Suite 5 Framingham, MA 01702

Dear Ms. Piasecki:

I have received the petition from Ronald Alexander appealing the response from the City of Framingham’s Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Alexander requested records concerning emails.

Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the School on January 10, 2019 which was provided to Mr. Alexander. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Alexander may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).

Sincerely,

Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records
