Wayte Ave., Suite 5 Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Piasecki: I have received the petition from Ronald Alexander appealing the response from the City of Framingham’s Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Alexander requested records concerning emails. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the School on January 10, 2019 which was provided to Mr. Alexander. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Alexander may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
