G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mason requested various records pertaining to the employment of an identified individual by the Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Mason a response dated December 28, 2018 to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mason may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
