Records Access Officer Office of the General Counsel Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza, Suite 3510 Boston, MA Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Ardil Innis appealing the nomesponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Innis requested various categories ofrecords related to their driver's license and driving records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Innis a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Innis may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
