Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 16, 2019 SPR19/006 Ms. Sharon George Town Clerk Wilmington Town Hall 121 Glen Road, Room 12 Wilmington, MA 01887 Dear Ms. George: I have received the petition from Rob Fasulo appealing the response from the Town of Wilmington's Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo requested records concerning a "building project" and "digital correspondence." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the Town on January 16, 2019 which was provided to Mr. Fasulo. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
