G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested "Fire Department run reports and/o r other documents regarding [a n identified] call for service." The Department responded to his request by providing a fee estimate. Subsequent to the intervention of a member of the Public Records Division staff, I learned that on January 5, 2018, the Department provided Mr. Grenier with an electronic copy of the requested record without charging a fee. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's fee estimate, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grenier may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Rebecca S.
