G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested "RFI log for the project." Claiming to have received only a "partial log," Mr. Sullivan appealed to this office and SPR19/0021 was opened as a result. While this appeal was pending, the City provided a supplemental response to Mr. Sullivan. Whereas this matter was opened based upon an appeal of the City's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
