The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 23, 2019 SPR19/050 Tricia Dzuris Chelmsford Town Clerk 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA O1 824 Dear Tricia Dzuris: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response of the Town of Chelmsford (Town). G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested the copy of the contract the "Town of Chelmsford has with Stellar Corporations; provider of FOIADirect, Public Records Requests Management System." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Mazurczyk records responsive to his request on January 9, 2019. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
