Smith Board Chair Town of Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 02130 Dear Ms. Smith: I have received the petition from Michelle Loubert appealing the response from the Town of Great Barrington's Housing Authority (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Loubert requested records relating to certain employee information. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, it is my understanding the Town then sent an email on January 15, 2019 to Ms. Loubert that the Town's accountants will be in contact with Ms. Loubert to provide her with the requested information. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Loubert may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
