Ward Town of Brookline 333 Washington Street, Room 208 Brookline, MA 02445 Dear Patrick Ward: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Brookline (Town). G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested, "all emails of an [identified individual] over the last 7 years containing the following words and phrases. Delfrisco's, Spouse Night, Admin Night, Admin Gift(s), Marina Bay." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Town has not provided Mr. Sullivan a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Sullivan with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
