Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 28, 2019 SPR19/0074 Ray Matte Town of Concord 22 Monument Square Concord, MA O1 74 2 Dear Mr. Matte: I have received the petition of Edward Sinni, Jr. appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Concord (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sinni, Jr. requested various records related to a complaint form and a complaint process. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Sinni, Jr. a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni, Jr. may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
