Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 18, 2019 SPR19/0075 Ms. Marcia Rasmussen Concord Town Planner 141 Keyes Road - 1st Floor Concord, MA 01742 Dear Ms. Rasmussen: I have received the petition from Edward P. Sinni, Jr. appealing the response from the Town of Concord (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sinni requested "a copy of the document that describes certain dark/night sky requirements." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the Town on January 16, 2019 which was provided to Mr. Sinni. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
