Silva Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Kate Silva: I have received the petition of Ms. Lauren Petit appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Petit requested records related to the "recently passed medical parole statute." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Petit a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Petit may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
