Murray Supervisor ofR ecords January 25, 2019 SPR19/0122 Kyle Wiley Abbot Hall 18 8 Washington Street Marblehead, MA 01945 Dear Mr. Kyle Wiley: I have received the petition of Allen Waller appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Marblehead (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Waller requested the court and docket number for a specific case mentioned at a 2015 Town Meeting in Marblehead. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Waller a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Waller may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
