G. L. c. 66 § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on December 27, 2018, Ms. Butler requested "list of members on Veterans' council given to Jim Haddadin" and an "order promised to Jim Haddadin." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the City provided Ms. Butler with all available records responsive to her request on January 14, 2019. In light of City's responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Butler may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
