The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 08, 2019 SPR19/0164 Bridget Connelly Esq. Department of Conservation and Recreation 251 Causeway Street Boston MA, 02114 Dear Attorney Bridget Connelly, I have received correspondence from John Carr appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Conservation and Recreation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on November 28, 2018, Mr. Carr requested "information related to recent speed limit charges on DCR roads." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Department provided Mr. Carr with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Carr may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: John F.
