Codagnone appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Codagnone requested various categories of records concerning an identified individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of this Division, I learned that the Department has been made aware of this request and is working on a response. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Attorney Codagnone a response to the request for records. Order Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Attorney Codagnone with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
