Murray Supervisor of Records February 14, 2019 SPR19/0229 Martha DeMaio City of Boston - Police Department One Schroeder Plaza Boston, MA 02120 Dear Ms. DeMaio: I have received the petition of John Powell appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston-Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Powell requested an identified police report. Having received no response, Mr. Powell petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that an identical request was made on February 1, 2018 and a response was provided on February 14, 2018.
