G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically in a letter dated January 19, 2019, Mr. Contos requested a copy of, "all complaints submitted by telemarketing law violations and for any legal actions taken against the party or parties assigned to [an identified phone number] for the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 7, 2019. In light of the Office's February i 11 response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Contos may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days.
