Assistant General Counsel Board of Registration in Medicine 200 Harvard Mill Square, Suite 330 Wakefield, MA 01880 Dear Attorney Dolan: I have received the petition ofNexi Durango appealing the nomesponse of the Board of Registration in Medicine (Board) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 29, 2018 Nexi Durango requested the file of an identified individual. Having received no response, Nexi Durango petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 5, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Nexi Durango may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
