Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 26, 2019 SPR19/0315 Joseph Perna Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School 201 Main Street Franklin MA 02038 Dear Mr. Perna, I have received the petition of Douglas Moser of NBCIO Boston appealing the nonresponse of the Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School (School). Specifically on March 27, 2018, Mr. Moser requested various categories ofrecords concerning "relaxation, calm down, or time-out rooms." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the School intends on providing Mr. Moser with a written response. Said response must be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Moser may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
