The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 26, 2019 SPR19/0318 Margaret Frieswyk Superintendent Gosnold Public Schools 263 Hill & Plain Road East Falmouth MA 02536 Dear Ms. Frieswyk, I have received the petition of Douglas Moser of NBCJ OB oston appealing the nonresponse of the Gosnold Public Schools (School). Specifically on March 27, 2018, Mr. Moser requested various categories of records concerning "relaxation, calm down, or time-out rooms." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the School intends on providing Mr. Moser with a written response. Said response must be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Moser may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
