The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 27, 2019 SPR19/0331 Paul M. Gallagher Kingston Town Clerk 26 Evergreen Street Kingston, MA 02364 Dear Paul M. Gallagher, I have received correspondence from Thomas Calter appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Kingston (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 25, 2019, Thomas Calter requested "a copy of [the Capital Planning Meeting] audio recording." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Town provided Thomas Calter with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the Town's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Thomas Calter may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S. Mun-ay Supervisor of Records cc: Thomas J.
