G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Moser requested records regarding relaxation, calm down, or time-out rooms. Having received no response, Mr. Moser petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Moser may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
