Specifically on March 27, 2018, Mr. Moser requested various categories of records concerning "relaxation, calm down, or time-out rooms." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the proper agent for handling public record requests never saw the inquiry. Nonetheless, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 21, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
