Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 28, 2019 SPR19/0348 Michael McGovern Board of Selectmen 7 Keady Way Shirley, MA 01464-2812 Dear Mr. Michael McGovern: I have received the petition of Melissa Marcucci appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Shirley (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, it is my understanding that the Town is aware of this appeal and is working on a response. As of the date of this letter, the Town has not provided Ms. Marcucci a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Town is hereby ordered to provide Ms. Marcucci with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Ms. Marcucci may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
