The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records February 22, 2019 SPR 19/0370 - SPR19/0375 Ms. Tracy K. Kenney Town Clerk and Records Access Officer 801 Washington Street Canton, MA 02021 Dear Ms. Kenney: I have received the petition of Richard Karp appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Canton (Town) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Karp requested various records related to 8 Morris Drive, the "Metropolis Rink Project," and the "Reservoir Dam Project." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Karp a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Karp may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
