The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 20, 2019 SPR19/0386 Eileen McCracken Hingham Town Clerk 210 Central Street Hingham, MA 02043 Dear Eileen McCracken, I have received correspondence from Attorney Gregory Galvin appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Hingham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lO(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 30, 2019, Attorney Galvin requested "copies of any and all documents dealing with the condition and/or repair of the area of Main Street, Hingham." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the Town provided Attorney Galvin with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the Town's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Galvin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Gregory F. Galvin, Esq.
