The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 1, 2019 SPR19/0389 Ms. Eileen Pitts Weymouth Public Schools 111 Middle Street Weymouth, MA 02189 Dear Ms. Eileen Pitts: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the Weymouth Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested a copy of the lease agreement between the Weymouth Public Schools and the Bay State Conference, specific tax returns of the Bay State League, and emails mentioning a specific Employer ID number. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Schools provided Mr. Sullivan a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sullivan may appeal the substantive nature of the Schools' response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
