Box 278 Malden, MA 02148 Dear Ms. Burke: I have received the petition of Brian DeLacey appealing the response of the Malden Redevelopment Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. DeLacey requested: "communications involving [the Authority] officials from 1/1/15 to the present date of this request, which were sent to, received from, or make reference to representatives of the Malden Hospital property (i.e., its' executives, owners, managers, spokespeople." On February 15, 2019, the Authority provided Mr. DeLacey with records responsive to his request. In his February 15, 2019 petition to the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor), Mr. DeLacey appealed a request that he made to the City of Malden (City), including records received from the Authority. After this appeal was opened, both the Authority and Mr. DeLacey notified this office that the January 22, 2019 request listed in Mr. DeLacey' s petition should be directed to the City instead of the Authority. As a result, on February 26t\ Mr. DeLacey informed this office that he was satisfied with the responsive records provided by the Authority.
