Ward: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Brookline (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested all emails between two identified individuals "from 1-10-18 through 1-22-19." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Town has not provided Mr. Sullivan a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Sullivan with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
