Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested all emails between two identified individuals "from 1-10-18 through 1-22-19." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Town has not provided Mr. Sullivan a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Sullivan with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
