The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 25, 2019 SPR19/0405 Michelle Burwell Records Access Officer Executive Office of the Technology Services and Securities One Ashburton Place, Room 804 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Burwell: I have received the petition of Susan Smith appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of the Technology Services and Securities (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Smith requested identified records relating to settlement agreements effective on or after January 1, 2014. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Smith a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
