G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Smith requested identified records relating to settlement agreements effective on or after January 1, 2014. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Smith a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
