Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 05, 2019 SPR19/0417 Michael McGovern Town Administrator Town of Shirley 7KeadyWay Shirley, MA 01464 Dear Mr. McGovern: I have received the petition of Melissa Marcucci appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Shirley (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Marcucci requested identified records relating to a job description, meeting minutes and a recording of a meeting from January 14, 2019. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Marcucci a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now eonsider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Marcucci may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
