Bouchard City Clerk One Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Ms. Bouchard: I have received the petition of Patrick Higgins appealing the nomesponse of the City of Fall River (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Higgins requested to review identified records relating to the Fall River Redevelopment Authority. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Higgins a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Higgins may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
