The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords February 28, 2019 SPR19/455 Adrian Walleigh, Esq. Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 300 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney W alleigh: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records regarding Department services, requests/referrals, policies, procedures, rules or regulations. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 27, 2019. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
