G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Bohme requested records regarding badging numbers and revenue reports. Having received no response, Ms. Bohme petitioned this office. On March 4, 2019, this office was notified by Ms. Bohme that a partial response was provided. The response did not include revenue reports for an identified company and did not clarify whether there were or were not responsive documents. Order Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Ms. Bohme with a supplemental response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
