The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 15, 2019 SPR19/483 Kristyn Camilleri Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 023 24 Dear Kristyn Camilleri: I have received the petition of Peter Duarte appealing the non-response of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Duarte requested a "print out for the last 6 months of the law library account." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of this division it is my understanding that records responsive to Mr. Duarte's request were sent on March 8, 2019. In light of the Department's March 8th response to this office, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Duarte may appeal the substantive name of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
