Wilson, Esq. City of Springfield 36 Court Street Springfield, MA 01103 Dear Attorney Wilson: I have received the petition of Anthony P. Facchini appealing the nonresponse of the City of Springfield (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Facchini requested identified records relating to the Springfield Fire Department reports. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Facchini a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Facchini may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
