G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bender requested "the disclosure of the name, address and charges relating to recent arrests made by the Winthrop Massachusetts PD during a specified date range." Unsatisfied with the Department's response, Mr. Bender appealed to this office and SPR19/0506 was opened as a result. While this appeal was pending, the Department provided a supplemental response to Mr. Bender on March 12, 2019. Mr. Bender sent an email to this office on March 12, 2019 indicating the Department had "adequately fulfilled my requests." Whereas this matter was opened based upon an appeal of the Department's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
