City of Quincy - Public Schools 34 Coddington Street Quincy, MA 02169 Dear Attorney Mulvey: I have received the petition of Erin Tieman appealing the non-response of the City of Quincy Public School District (District) to a request for public records. G.L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08 (1 ). Specifically, Ms. Tieman requested records related to student homelessness. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of this division it is my understanding that records responsive to Ms. Tieman's request were sent on March 13, 2019. In light of the District's March 13th response to this office, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Tieman may appeal the substantive name of the District's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ).
