G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, January 9, 2019, Mr. Fee requested two categories ofrecords pertaining to communications with the Town and the Airport Manager. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Fee with responsive records regarding the first category of his request. The Town also indicated they are working to compile the second category of records and provide them to Mr. Fee. Whereas this appeal was opened on the basis of a nonresponse, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fee may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Sincerely, Rebecca S.
