The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 27, 2019 SPR19/0549 Claudia Arno Suffolk County District Attorney's Office One Bulfinch Place, Suite 300 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Ms. Arno: I have received the petition of James Walker appealing the nonresponse of the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Walker requested identified records relating to certain Assistant District Attorneys, the Boston Police Department and the Federal Law Enforcement Agency of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Walker a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Walker may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
